If required, we will build and provide you with a bespoke online web portal accompanied by a catalogue and pricelist which will include all agreed products at the agreed rates. In terms of appearance, we can build the website to look like an extension of your own and our marketing department will work closely with you to ensure that all collateral produced falls in line and does not deviate away from your brand guidelines. Once the website has been setup, you will be able to gain access and place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at a time that is convenient for you. Our user-friendly website is easily navigated, however we will ensure comprehensive training is provided prior to contract commencement.

Management control Our web portal puts you back in control of your spend. Due to the flexibility of the system it can be built to your specific requirements however popular and successful ways of achieving this are budgetary control methods such as wearer entitlement or cost centre / store management. Entitlement quantities can be set by product and period and renewal / re-issue dates can be set against each product. E.G Engineer David Smith is entitled to 5 polo shirts over a 12 month period before the QTY is reset to 12 once the re-issue date is reached. This can be reviewed and agreed for each product based on the specific job role which allows you to control your spend over the course of the year and prevents excessive ordering from taking place.

Returns If an item needs to be returned this can be organised through the returns section of the web portal. Simply enter your collection and order details before submitting the request where we will do everything else for you. Once the goods have been returned and checked in our warehouse, a credit note will be issued by our accounts team and the returned product will be automatically reinstated against the wearer’s entitlement.

Reporting As all orders will be placed online, all data will be gathered and stored in one place enabling various reports to be produced. Our preferred method of supplying Management Information reports is through your web portal to those who have the necessary management access. Management Information can be sent electronically to specific individuals when required. These reports can also be run at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Such reports will form the basis of the Key Performance Indicators that provide evidence of the level of service supplied. Our reports include, but are not limited to:
Spend: By location, by period, by wearer, by style, by quantity
Delivery performance: On time, late against standards, as ordered, not as ordered
Complete deliveries: As percentage of total by period
Stock analysis: By style, by size, by quantity, by usage period, by value.

Delivery information & tracking Orders can be tracked and traced with live tracking information. This enables users to plan for the delivery of items and reduces uncertainty and apprehension. Although live tracking information will be available throughout the ordering process, we also provide users with order status notifications such as order confirmations, despatch announcements and delivery notices.
